With Lent approaching Revival Church is preparing to embark on a 40 day Negativity Fast/Positivity Feast based upon Steve and Wendy Backlund’s book ‘Igniting Faith in 40 Days’.

Apparently it takes 40 days to change a habit – 20 days to break it and 20 days to establish new patterns.

Whether this is scientifically proven the Bible tells us that we can be transformed by the renewing of our mind. So this 40 day fast is about setting us free from negative mindsets and speech and feasting on the positive truth of God’s word and declaring it over our lives.
